Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold
All of NETWORK PROFESSIONALS GROUP's New hardware products are guaranteed against defects for up to 1 year from the date of the invoice. All Used products are guaranteed against defects for 14 days from date of invoice.  EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, NETWORK PROFESSIONALS GROUP MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THE NPGSUPPORT.COM SITES. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, NETWORK PROFESSIONALS GROUP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, NETWORK PROFESSIONALS GROUP shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. NETWORK PROFESSIONALS GROUP shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, NETWORK PROFESSIONALS GROUP shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against NETWORK PROFESSIONALS GROUP shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the NETWORK PROFESSIONALS GROUP sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Sullivan County, Indiana.

Product Returns
All sales are final.  New computers carry up to a one year hardware warranty from Network Professionals Group.  Longer manufacturer warranties may apply and it is the customers responsibility to deal with the manufacturer for those warranties.  Used computers are thoroughly tested by our A+ certified technicians before being sold.  All used computers are sold as-is.  Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility.

Return Authorization
All returns for warranty repair must have a Return Authorization number first.  Please email customer support or call 812-268-0656 to obtain an RA.
